WHAT's
screen
Screen printing is a printing process, here's how it works:
UNIQUE
Each design is a tribute to the
collective small, yet meaningful,
memories that we hold of our little land
of Ireland, making FRME tee's a symbol
of pride and appreciation of our culture.
What's
Fine mesh is stretched over a frame to create the screen, which is then covered with a photosensitive emulsion.
An acetate graphic is placed onto the screen, before exposing it to light.
The areas of the screen blocked to light remain open, while the exposed areas are blocked by emulsion.
Ink is pushed through the screen with a 'squeegee' and onto the t-shirt beneath - ta-da !
